The palate is round, full, and slightly tannic, with amazing fruity hints of cherries.
This light wine pairs wonderfully with volaille, a wild mushroom sauce, or duck breast.
2019
A spring marked by rain and three successive frost episodes resulted in a 3% loss of the Champagne vineyards. The summer was scorching and dry, causing an additional 11% loss. Nevertheless, the harvest was of exceptional quality, with high potential.
